Orders are processed after payment is confirmed and typically ship within 3–5 business days from our Huntington Beach, California facility. You will receive shipping details once your order is dispatched.

We fulfill within the United States. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.
3. Storage on Arrival
Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable for shipping. On receipt, store per the guidance in our Protocols section (generally -4°F for long-term storage).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact rocky@nextstepoc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will work with you to replace the affected items or resolve the issue.
5. Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis; contact us before returning anything.
